Great trip but unsatisfactory vehicle!
We took 2 Britz campervans (Explorer and Voyager) for 5 days. This was our second time travelling in campervans after first experiencing with Maui 4 years ago. Pre-trip: Reservation team was superb especially Mr Alexandre Roubin who assisted me not only with campervan booking but addtional car rental as well Pick Up at Christchurch: Was pretty quick but no proper explanation was given on how to operate vehicle (ie how to refill water, discharge waste, power up etc). Ended up facing difficulties and had to learn from mistakes during the trip Vehicle positives: Sleeping bunks were very comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean. Full set of cutlery was great! Vehicle negatives: Leaking at the back causing watet to sip into sleeping area (refer picture attached). Unfortunately, it rained during our second last night at Te Anau and sleep was interupted when our faces were sprinkled with rain water. Drawers were loose even when locked and it keeps opening while driving. Electricity cable for our Explorer unit was loose, whereas power points for our Voyager unit wasnt working at all eventhough was connected to the power supply outside. Drop off at Queenstown: again, swift process and was done within 10 minutes. Assisted in getting us a cab to the hotel as well Conclusion: whilst the service was generally great, condition of our vehicles were unsatisfactory compared to 4 years ago when we had our Maui.

Once In A Lifetime
When I purchased the kiwi experience pass I had no idea how much fun munch time in NZ would actually be. It was an awesome way to see the country, being able to enjoy your time in every stop packed with activities and not dealing with the hassle of transportation and booking your own accommodation. I enjoyed every bit of the experience all the way from the top to the bottom of the country.

Best 6 Weeks of My Life!
As a lone traveller this was the best possible way to get around NZ! The bus route is really comprehensive and I got to see so many places I would have struggled to get to on my own! Most people I met were lone travellers so its a really inclusive atmosphere and everyone gets along together which is great! The drivers all are so friendly and knowledgeable it takes away all the stress of logistics planning and gives you tons of cool information about NZ! The bus makes stops in great places between overnight destinations which breaks up the journeys so you never feel bored or stuck in the bus and you get to see even more of the country! Kiwi also guarantees you a bed in a nice hostel each night you arrive at a stop which again makes things so much easier, although you're totally free to book your own place too if you want! The discounts Kiwi offers on all the activities are also great and those savings really help and add up when you're on the road for while! Personal highlights were the Tamaki Overnight Maori Village Experience in Rotorua, Nevis Bungy jump in Queenstown and the beautiful scenery / acccomodatuon in River Valley! There is literally something for everyone! Cannot recommend enough, I saw the whole country top to bottom, made some amazing friends and it was easily the best 6 weeks of my life!

Loved every minute!
We were originally going to drive ourselves around NZ, however we heard off lots of different travellers that we should try the Kiwi Experience and it was definitely the best thing we could have done! It was a seriously easy way to get around NZ and see everything we wanted and much much more that we didn't know about! All our drivers have been so helpful, booked all our accommodation and activities, we really didn't even need to do anything! It was incredible that they stopped off at supermarkets along the way as well, it made everything so much easier! Would recommend Kiwi to anyone and I would certainly use Kiwi again, if I ever come back to New Zealand! The only thing I would recommend for future Kiwi, is maybe an option to book your next bus either through the Kiwi App or through the Kiwi website, as I didn't have a NZ and it cost me a bit of money to ring and confirm my next bus when the hostel didn't have a free phone. (Apart from that couldn't recommend Kiwi enough - it was absolutely amazing)! Also a special mention to our main bus driver Mike, he was absolutely awesome! Managed to squeeze us on in Abel Tasman, when we were on standby and was so helpful for the remainder of the trip!! We also had Simon, Martin and Reece who were great guys, everyone we've met had been helpful, funny and a genuinely nice person! Thanks so much Kiwi!! We love you!

Good experience
The transport is good, accommodation seems a little bit overpriced as you can get most places cheaper. The unlimited travel should be available throughout the journey not just once completed as this is not unlimited travel as the name suggests. But overall a good experience

Sweet as trip!
When I started my trip I didn't have any expectations to Kiwi Experience. But I must say I was happily surprised. The bus drivers are so kind and helpful. and they bring so much entertainment and fun to the trip. furtermore kiwi experience helps you with everything from accommodation to where the best burger place in town is. In between cities the bus drivers talks about history of the towns and takes you to beautiful walks which I loved.

Cheap Way to get around NZ
I got a good deal to travel with Kiwi Experience. The turists who take bus is most very young. Good drivers and the scedule are most hold. The music in the bus is quite often to loud.
