Good experience!
I bought the ticket in the beginning of September very spontaneously. Because of this I was really sceptic, but travelling with Kiwi was a good adventure. I saw a lot of places which I haven't seen without Kiwi.

Mixed Feelings
I only recommend it to people who do not want to plan anything themselves. You lose a lot of flexibility with it and you feel like you have to stick to the route. I would like to have more flexibility and would wish to have an online booking service for your busses ( should be possible with today's technology) and not old school mail or phone.

Best experience ever
Booked this trip not knowing if I would end up meeting loads of people or how it would work out, but I ended up only having a one regret of not staying longer!

Best Trip Ever!
I'm so glad I booked to travel on the Kiwi Experience. I had the best time, saw so many things and made friends for life. Will definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

Great trip but unsatisfactory vehicle!
We took 2 Britz campervans (Explorer and Voyager) for 5 days. This was our second time travelling in campervans after first experiencing with Maui 4 years ago. Pre-trip: Reservation team was superb especially Mr Alexandre Roubin who assisted me not only with campervan booking but addtional car rental as well Pick Up at Christchurch: Was pretty quick but no proper explanation was given on how to operate vehicle (ie how to refill water, discharge waste, power up etc). Ended up facing difficulties and had to learn from mistakes during the trip Vehicle positives: Sleeping bunks were very comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean. Full set of cutlery was great! Vehicle negatives: Leaking at the back causing watet to sip into sleeping area (refer picture attached). Unfortunately, it rained during our second last night at Te Anau and sleep was interupted when our faces were sprinkled with rain water. Drawers were loose even when locked and it keeps opening while driving. Electricity cable for our Explorer unit was loose, whereas power points for our Voyager unit wasnt working at all eventhough was connected to the power supply outside. Drop off at Queenstown: again, swift process and was done within 10 minutes. Assisted in getting us a cab to the hotel as well Conclusion: whilst the service was generally great, condition of our vehicles were unsatisfactory compared to 4 years ago when we had our Maui.

Fantastic way to see NZ
This was my first experience of travelling and I travelled on my own from the UK. The kiwi bus made life so easy and the drivers were really knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for helping to make my trip amazing!

Great opportunity but very touristy
It is great to see a lot of things in a short time. But of course it is always very touristy.. Another negativ part is, that in some places you really have to do the things Kiwi Experience offers, because otherwise there is not much to do. And in

Once In A Lifetime
When I purchased the kiwi experience pass I had no idea how much fun munch time in NZ would actually be. It was an awesome way to see the country, being able to enjoy your time in every stop packed with activities and not dealing with the hassle of transportation and booking your own accommodation. I enjoyed every bit of the experience all the way from the top to the bottom of the country.

Best 6 Weeks of My Life!
As a lone traveller this was the best possible way to get around NZ! The bus route is really comprehensive and I got to see so many places I would have struggled to get to on my own! Most people I met were lone travellers so its a really inclusive atmosphere and everyone gets along together which is great! The drivers all are so friendly and knowledgeable it takes away all the stress of logistics planning and gives you tons of cool information about NZ! The bus makes stops in great places between overnight destinations which breaks up the journeys so you never feel bored or stuck in the bus and you get to see even more of the country! Kiwi also guarantees you a bed in a nice hostel each night you arrive at a stop which again makes things so much easier, although you're totally free to book your own place too if you want! The discounts Kiwi offers on all the activities are also great and those savings really help and add up when you're on the road for while! Personal highlights were the Tamaki Overnight Maori Village Experience in Rotorua, Nevis Bungy jump in Queenstown and the beautiful scenery / acccomodatuon in River Valley! There is literally something for everyone! Cannot recommend enough, I saw the whole country top to bottom, made some amazing friends and it was easily the best 6 weeks of my life!
