Evidently worn vehicle which was expected however
The right size for party of 5 however leaked whenever it rained and supposedly only 2 years old with 87000k on clock , hmmmm! Which let down a very capable comfortable machine. Just the leaking such a shame. 2nd of using consequently may not make it a 3rd

Very enjoyable, had a lovely holiday.
Some problems encountered with the vehicle were dealt with promptly and efficiently. No complaints.

Fantastic ride!
With the Kiwi Experience I managed to cover several amazing places in New Zealand in less than 2 weeks ranging from the South to North Island. Looking forward to you again for my next adventure over there. Keep up your excellent work. P/S: Two thumbs up to my driver and gaurdian, Mr Cowboy for his fantastic job!

Driving a campervan,we stayed at the famous and natural attractions, we enjoyed the day and night,the most beautiful of New Zealand.

Convenient travel, but broken fridge
Our van was very comfy and had enough room for cooking, eating, playing board games and cards. Best way to see the sites. Unfortunately our fridge wasnt working, along with our reverse camera. After 3 days with no fridge we had to drive into Queenstown and wait 3 hours in branch while getting these fixed, and had to replace all of our food that spolied. They couldnt fix the reverse camera, and after waiting 12hours for the fridge to start cooling, it was clear this hadnt been fixed either. Britz suggested buying a chilly bin and using this for the duration of the trip, which was annoying but atleast we had cool drinks for the last few days. While this was a huge inconvenience, we were compensated upon drop off of the vehicle and the staff were very apologetic.

Great experience
I brought this trip as it seemed like a great way to start my first solo trip. I had the best time and I'm so sad to be leaving! I want to come back and do it all again. I've met some amazing life long friends and made memories that will last forever. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The reason I have given one star it is because we were given a bad navigation system and had to wait two days to get a new one
