Great experience
Did the kiwi in the winter and time and non the less of the weather it was an incredible experience. The winter time makes for an incredible backdrop for photo opportunities and the kiwi drivers were brilliant. So fun and yet informative, always on hand to help everyone. Jokes and more jokes to make the time seem so short but the journey and the friends you make is the reason why kiwi is the experience you must embark on whilst in new Zealand, it may not be to everyone's taste but none the less you will enjoy it regardless of whether you are a solo traveller or going with friends, you will meet people from all walks of life and this is part of the reason for travelling. Remember that travelling is what you make of it so savour every minute of the experience as this will not let you down.

Absolutely fabtastical
I didn't know what to expect when I bought the ticket and after my first day I was made to feel right at home. Shout out too Dylan, Jed and Kyle! Favourite drivers! They made the trip extra great and without their help and knowledge I'd be sitting there clueless! Honestly wish it didn't have too come to an end, the places we visited, the sights we seen, the people we met. All just one amazing experience and a memory forever! Chow!

Brilliant staff!!
Hired a camper for my parents, had mechanical issues and the staff arranged replacement with nil issues, many thanks to Cairns staff Rona, Ricky and Warren.

The perfect camper van for us!
Our recent 4 week trip from Darwin to Perth in a VW Venturer was loads of fun and a great success. This van was the perfect size for 2 people, and was a pleasure to drive. We felt that it was very well designed, with plenty of storage space for clothes, food etc. The van was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable! Even a down duvet, plus an extra one which we asked for in case it was cold further south (which it certainly was!) The decision to go for the all inclusive package with full insurance was a good one, since we had a collision with an emu who ran out at great speed in front of us. The poor emu died, and we had to call Britz, whose response was immediate, and within 15 minutes we were being towed to the nearest town (our radiator had been damaged). We had to wait 4 days for it to be repaired, and were very impressed with Britz, who rang us every day to make sure we were ok with progress. We were very relieved to find that the Britz insurance covered the cost of our 4 night's accomodation while we waited. However, we had to hire a car for 3 days and were dismayed to find that that it was not covered. We had purchased the most expensive insurance Britz offered, and had temporarily lost both our accomodation and transport, so expected to be covered for both. Apart from that, we could not have been more pleased with both our van, and the service we received from Britz. The Britz staff who helped us were all outstandingly friendly, efficient and helpful (Barbara in Darwin, Peter in Broome, Oana in Perth, and Michael from Onroad Care).

Friendly team and well equipped van
Great team at mighty who supported queries well. Van was well stocked, roomy for 2, bit tricky to negotiate some of the hairpin hill bends in the ice but well maintained vehicles. Wifi slow but worth it and the cave visit trips were welcome.

Unforgettable Time
I travelled NZ for about 4 weeks with my Funky Chicken Pass and I am very happy about my decision to travel with Kiwi Experience. We saw amazing things like the beautiful lakes or hiking on a glacier. If I'd do it again I'd probably take a bit more time so I can stay a bit longer in some locations.

Incredible trip!
This was my first solo travel experience and I was nervous for it but with the kiwi bus there is nothing to worry about! The moment you step on the bus you have travel companions and the bus drivers are so helpful, your trip becomes a stress-free adventure! I would thoroughly recommend!
