Best time of my life
I had such a great time. Kiwi Experience made my New Zealand trip to a wonderful experience and a great chance to see the hole country. I am so happy that I did it that adventure where I met so many lovely people.

Could be better
When we arrived the service was good but when we said we didn't want to spend more money for insurance the host stopped smiling. The sat nav didn't work so we went back and had to bye WiFi so we could use the phone maps. We was told it will work after awhile. Then we started the van we had to go back in again the petrol tank was empty They filled it up, We stopped at a park for the secound night the toilet tank was full. We were told we could get replacement towels and sheets any time , we went to Queenstown at Britz we wanted replacement towels and was told we don't because we didn't bye the next option up . Queenstown gave us the towels, then the engine light starting flashing and the van was loosing power we told Queenstown and they told us to drive the van anyway they couldn't do any thing about it. They gave us a sat nav but it was flat tried to charge but still didn't work. Beside all that love the country , but will go with brand next time.

Not happy
1 when we arrived the van was empty of fuel and had to go and get filled. 2 in dash sat nav info centre not working . We was told to give it time and it will come back , instead we got WiFi for 1GB to use the phone is stead. The toilet was full when we empty it. The engine light was on Queenstown told us to keep driving it. Customer service here could be better not rushed, and don't look so disappointed about Not buying extra cover.

Epic trip. Cherished memories.
I planned NZ as soon as I moved to Australia a year ago...and within two days I fell in love with the place. Kiwi Experience was simply amazing and I have made friends for life, experienced amazing activities, seen breathtaking scenery and had the best time! Harry, our driver, is the coolest kiwi I know. He made the trip super awesome, along with playing great music, and telling good cultural stories as we drove. I can’t fault my Kiwi Experience and would recommend it to everybody! I will defiantly be back to this most beautiful place on earth.

Van had some mechanical issues
Glad to spend the time across New Zealand in this campervan despite a few issues. The wheel alignment was pulling the van left quite heavily. I had to weigh my right arm to keep the van straight the whole 8 days of driving. Grey water drain pipe was leaking. I didn't use the onboard sink that much otherwise I could have been fined for improper discharge. Staff was very friendly. Nice rental facilities.
