Easy traveling
While booking my tour through NZ I searched for a good and easy way to travel and found it with Kiwi Experience. It is very good organized (sometimes too much for non autonom people who are traveling for the first time) and I liked most of the many in-between-stops. Sometimes the tour from one city to the next was stretched very long. I enjoyed geting to know many people and travelmates. The busdriver were funny and well organized.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
We hired a four berth motorhome of Mercedes type for the two of us which was just about right as regards space during the very mixed weather conditions we experienced on our trip. The vehicle was getting on for five years old which meant that the fittings were somewhat tired and worn and rattled but they remained serviceable and the vehicle itself took on The challenges of our trip with ease. Being Brits we were used to driving on the left hand side of the road and so the driving experience was absolutely fine. We did experience a broken satnav GPS and so that was readily exchanged at the Queenstown depot along with a change of bedding as planned. The staff at both Queenstown and Christchurch were very helpful and dealt with the handovers efficiently and promptly. We would certainly use Britz again but next time we would insist on a newer vehicle.

In such a short time I saw almost everything !
Wow, Newzealand is such a beautiful country. I love it! And with the Kiwi Experience Bus it was possible for me to see both islands in 3 1/2 weeks!

Best Way To Get The Kiwi Experience
With just two of us in a four berth campervan we found it quite homely for our 14 day tour of South Island. The van was easy to drive as long as caution is exercised when reversing and manoeuvring in tighter spots. Remember to pull over and let traffic pass if it does start to build behind you and you won't become one of those 'nuisance campervans'. We had planned ahead by pre-booking campsites and a few activities and fortunately every thing ran smoothly. We drove anti-clockwise from Christchurch finishing back there two very enjoyable weeks later.
