Fantastic EXPERIENCE
I had been so nervous to do the bus tour especially on my own but i has absolutely nothing to worry about, the drivers were like the supportive knowledgeable friends you need on every trip.. shout out to Murray & Dillion I met so many wonderful new friends , I done activities that pushed me out of my comfort zone and was so thrilled I had done them .. kiwi experience was the bus tour that gave me the support I needed when I asked for it but let me have the independence I needed also ...

Unresolved Problem
We had a problem with the fridge door not staying shut whilst vehicle in motion shortly after we had set off. This was reported as soon as possible and we were advised of a garage to get it fixed. A problem also developed with one of the locks which also needed attention as we couldn't open the compartment for the hosepipes. We drove out of our planned route to get these resolved and the man at the garage tried his best with the lock but advised us not to use it once he had managed to open it. The fridge door was beyond his remit, so the rest of the holiday was spent with a strip of Elastoplast holding the door shut and repeatedly replacing the seal on the door. Once home, we discovered that the fee for this had been charged to our credit card! Mechanically, the van was very good but the problem with the fridge should have been identified and repaired before the van was hired out again. The overall experience of the road trip was very enjoyable and we would do it again - but would make more extensive checks before setting off.

Very nice experience!
I bought the Geyserland & Lake ticket and enjoyed my 6-day journey. Our driver Tim is very nice, helpful and handsome too. The activities each day was well planned. I can both enjoy the beautiful and fantastic scenery and have fun from the adventures activities. And I bought 3-day Bay of Island ticket right after the first trip. I had made a lot of new friends from different countries during the trip. Thanks Kiwi for the excellent service!

Great holiday in a great country
It was a really nice journey traveling with kiwi experience. I met a lot of new friends from all over the world and saw the beautiful nature of new Zealand at the same time. I'm happy to choose kiwi experience because you don't have to worry about traveling and accommodation. It makes live easy. It was a great journey. Thanks

Amazing time in New Zealand
We were three girlfriends travelling together having a blast! Kiwi is really easy way to travel around and see a lot of New Zealand since they take care of everything for you! Usually great hostels & amazing activities at every stop and you just have to write down your name if there’s something you would like to do, and kiwi experience takes care of all the bookings! (you only ever need to call the office or a hostel yourself if you plan on staying more days than accounted for. Which we would actually recommend! We did the Tiki Pass in minimum time and would definitely liked to stay longer in a few places, like, Taupo (if you plan on doing both the skydive and the Tongariro Crossing, it’s always nice with some spare time which we barely had) Wellington (you only get a few hours there if you don’t stay extra nights) Kaiteriteri (so you have time for Abel Tasman) Wanaka (if the weather is nice! do Roy’s Peak and hang by the beach) and last but not least, Queenstown (lovely city! and you want to have time for both activities and spare time, don’t miss ferg burger!) The only problem we had with our trip was when the bus broke down on our way to Milford Sound which meant we were stuck in Te Anau for several hours. But our busdriver Helli fixed a scenic flight tour for us instead, it was magical! We would definitely recommend Kiwi Experience to everyone! Especially if you’re a young adult looking for an amazing adventure and making lot’s of new friends! 10/10!

Adventure Holidays
I came to NZ without having done much research nor having made a plan. However, Kiwi Experience offered me the opportunity to see and do a great deal of places and activites which I probably would never have explored!

A great way to seen New Zealand in 6 weeks!
I used the kiwi bus through the summer if 2017/18 for around 5 months, hopping off a few times to work in places. The bus is really fun; a great way to meet other backpackers and fun activities on offer. They have a great route that stops at some really beautiful places, all filled with absolute "must do's" in New Zealand. If you love your nature, the Waitomo Caves and Milford Sound should be top of your lists! If its Adrenaline, a Sky Dive in the Alps and the mighty "Nevis Bungey" (shudder) are the go-to's. Overall, it was a fantastic Kiwi experience.

KiwiExperience gave me some additional experience
From the first day on I could gain wonderful and amazing experience and knowledge for my present life. To meet all this awesome bus driver guides, spending the hours on tour with these different temperaments of backpackers (especially the Ladies) :-), seeing and be faced with all the fascinating landscapes, people, nature, environment, culture and history of Aotearoa

Great experience
my experience was amazing, i got to meet very nice people and places, the kiwi bus was comfortable and the bus driver was always nice and helpful (Ben Brewster)
