Best way of Experience

I decided to buy the ticket although a few people told me not to do so... do I regret it? Absolutely not! I think it was the ultimative way to experience whole New Zealand, make friends and have great fun all at the same time. Also we had the best driver you could imagine: “Cowboy” he was the key that everyone had a awesome time and enjoyed the “ride with the steal horse”!

Good service

Picked up a camper in Auckland and then took 2 weeks to travel down from Bay of Islands to Te Anau in South Island via the South Island west coast

The most awesome trip ever

We travelled three weeks trough the south of New Zealand with a high-top caravan. We really enjoyed the freedom the camper gave us to go when en whenever we wanted on our own speed. Also the Tomtom was really helpful. The camper was in good condition with most of the needed equipement, but in our option we did miss some basic equipment like a scissor, a working canopener and a decent matras to sleep on which resulted in broken nights and a hurting back. We were in contact with Britz about the bad quality of the mattress but we got the answer that the mattresses are all the same in this type of camper and that she has slept on them without any problems. If we wanted anything else, we could get an upgrade if there was something available the next day on our own expenses. And that we should call back the next day. We didn't feel helped and serviced at all.

Had a great time

I had such a good time on the Kiwi Experience, aka the big green bus. The clipboards made the trip really easy, cause the driver booked all the accomodation and activities for us. And besides that the drivers were so much fun. Special thanks to Cowboy, cause he is an absolute legend! New Zealand is so beautiful and every time we stopped I was amazed how beautiful the country is. Too bad that sometimes we had to spend all day in the bus to get to some destinations, but I guess this is all part of the journey. The activities were so much fun, but make sure you save a lot of money before you start the kiwi exerience, cause they are all quite expensive. Thank god there are a lot of beautiful (free!!) hikes in New Zealand. Overall I had an amazing time and I met lots of nice people. Oh and my favourite place is Lake Mahinapua. The fancy dress party was so so so good!

Best decision to travel Witz Kiwi Experience

My whole life I wanted to go to New Zealand. When I came to Australia I was so close, but I had no idea how to travel around in new Zealand. I heard about Kiwi Experience and it sounded awesome, because I was alone and couldn't afford renting a car by myself and I wanted to meet people. I was so happy I did it, because I met a lot of nice people and with some of them I am still in contact and got friends.

I had a great time in New Zealand and Kiwi Experience was a great part of that! They help you sort things out and you can book everything trough your driver. It's less a hop on hop off bus as you think, since you have to book in advance, but overall a really nice experience!
