On a steel horse I ride!
Purchased the ticket on the fly whilst I was in Australia and regret nothing! Had the time of my life (genuinely!) and met so many fantastic people, including many of the drivers. A few worth mentioning Murray and Cowboy. A small piece of advice for any future guys and gals thinking of going it alone too.... DO IT! It’s so unbelievably easy to meet people on the bus and make friends for life.

Sweet as bro!
Traveling on my own for the first time and was the best thing I've ever done! I've met some friends for life and it's got me the confidence to travel on my own all over the world now!

Great for a big group traveling together!
I got to go on the Kiwi Experience with five of my best friends! The Hostels were super accommodating and we got to stay all together every night. We did a lot of the free walks and only some paid experiences but had an amazing time! Bods made our experience great and I even went Bungy Jumping for the first time!

Good bus
I just used kiwi Experiance to get from a to b, over 7 months. I think it’s good if your are traveling New Zealand for short time, than I’d recommend kiwi. But if you leave the bus after every stop, it’s more difficult to get to know other people and than you could use InterCity or your own car. Overall I liked the time with Kiwi Experiance, but in some cases it’s nice to have your own car.

Perfect way to get around
I travelled with Kiwi Experience for four months and I really enjoyed it. It's so easy and flexible, and you can get to do pretty much anything you want at your own pace and your own way. I found that the hostels you can pre-book through Kiwi are a bit pricey, however, you are free to book any hostel you like at any point during the journey. This can also give you a little break from all the socializing if you (like me) enjoy it in smaller doses. Many of the drivers are super enthusiastic and passionate about their job, and they will happlity tell you anything you want to know about New Zealand or help you make travel plans.

Great fun!
I bought my ticket about a year ago when booking my travels and found it an easy and fun way to travel new Zealand. The information and stories given by the drivers was fab and helped me to learn loads about the kiwi history and culture! My recommendation would be to try and get some sort of online booking site for buses. I did not have a SIM so was a bit of a nuisance trying to call and book and it also took quite a while to get through to someone.

awesome trip
I like the information guides give on the drive. One driver would put on movies for us, which was great - I've never seen a NZ film (the wilderpeople) before. I like the fact we do an activity to start the day before long drives and have a chance to see the country a bit more.

Great places, great people
For someone who’s never travelled before this was the perfect start to a trip. You had a great guide, the bus driver, who did was always willing to help. The people on the bus are all friendly and come from many different backgrounds

Amazingggg
Bought this trip with a friend at a good discount. Made some amazing friends, our bus driver Luke was a dream and had an overall fab time. Luke has a lot of patience, god bless that honey badger
