Top spots from New Zealand
Had a great time in New Zealand and it's easy to get around with KiwiExperience. They show you the "must seen" spots & they can tell you a lot about their culture.

Epic experience!
I did Kiwi-experience with two friends as we wanted as little hassle as possible, so the planned itinerary, the guaranteed accommodation and an easy way to meet other travellers were what appealed. In this way it met my expectations, as having the trip organised meant we didn't worry about what we were doing or where to go. The only aspect I found stressful was the standby list, as if you weren't on your chosen bus it would mess up the rest of your trip. In high season especially you could be stuck somewhere for much longer than you intended, so my advice to others would be fully plan your busses in advance if you are on a tight schedule (we were there for 1 month, which although was plenty time to see everything was not enough to utilise the hop on hop off service properly.) Other than that my experience was epic! I've met friends for life amf can honestly say my month in NZ was one if the best in my life so far! Do it!!

Living a nomadic life.
We travelled New Zealand and experienced highs and lows living a nomads life. However, our first experence will be our last. Too cramped, to noisey and cumbersome when moving. When moving, cabinet and drawer doors kept opening and dropping out even when locked (or stuffedwit paper at the seams) and the microwave was not secured in place and ended up on the floor with a bent door and leaving a damaged floor. The Maui people were great and understanding at both on and off hire and we got to see some incredable sites.

A lot of great memories !
I'm glad I've been visiting New Zealand with kiwi experience during one month, because I've seen so many things and met so many great people... It's the kind of trip that you can't forget. Even if sometimes I felt a bit on a rush, doing some really quick stop at some places where I wanted to stay more. The accomodations are not the cheapest just like I expected and there is some drivers better than others. It couldn't be perfect, but I have no regret to have booked this trip and I will recommand it to anyone who want to travel few weeks in NZ.

Easy to manage your trip
I bought this pass two months before start my trip on December. Before I bought the pass, I asked a few questions about the pass though web chat, quick response from staff. Also, I didn’t receive the itinerary after paid the pass, staff Amelia help me a lot. We my trip started, driver Josh is a nice guy, he help us to change my bus booking since I have to stay a longer in Queenstown. I saw him to jump bungy. Since I travel on December which is peak season, any change of bus booking should inform Kiwi as early as possible. I have to wait until the day before I leave, kiwi can confirm my bus seat is available or not, it is a little bit inconvenient. Overall, I like kiwi experience, drivers are professional. Have guarantee first night hostel dorm bed and discounted price of some activities.

So glad I decided to go with Kiwi Experience!
Going with Kiwi Experience was probably the best decision I made on my recent trip to New Zealand. Having not done any preplanning for the trip, the itinerary the buses take ensured I got to see the best bits during my limited time there. Our bus driver, Guy, was brilliant and really made the experience enjoyable with his stories, humour and knowledge of the country. The hostels selected by Kiwi Experience were really nice and were by the best I had stayed in whilst travelling l. For me, the best thing has to be the people I had met on my bus, who made my trip memorable and I am pleased to say are now good friends. I will look forward to seeing them all again soon! Thank you Kiwi Experience!

Good Experience
The drivers are friendly and reliable. Overall a good opportunity to meet people and to have a good time. I have only one negativ remark that the hop on hop off is not very flexible like it is sold. In December it is often not possible to stay somewhere longer if not booked in advance as the buses are full.

What a way to travel New Zealand!!
Back in April, I didn’t have a clue where I wanted to be but knew it was in New Zealand somewhere! So I looked up Kiwi experience and thought it was the best option and I wasn’t wrong! I bought the whole kit and caboodle bus pass and started my adventre in Auckland. I travelled to the bay of islands and before I knew where I was I fell in love with the beautiful landscapes that you see whilst on the bus. I’ve met some fantastic people and the drivers were so helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and was travelling alone so it was great to hear advice from the knowledgeable drivers on where to stay longer and what to do. Every place I have been to has not dissapointed me! I couldn’t actually say what my favourite part of the trip was as it would be too hard to choose! I loved the skydive in Taupo, the caving in Waitomo and all the free walks that we were taken on. I have to say though that the overnight stay in the Maori village in Rotorua is a must do!!!! It was the highlight of my trip! I’m now thinking about my next adventure and when I can come back to visit New Zealand because it truly is a wonderful country. Thanks Kiwi experience for an amazing adventure!!!!
